The book is packed with how to handle real-life situations, one of my favourites was "How to respond to a verbal attack". Handling Toxic people, and all those tricky moments in life.
The way the author explains it is from an empathetic point of view, so true and makes perfect sense.
I got more clarity from this book and the exercises than from the 2 x $5K executive coaching programs I did around the same topic.
I now have a place to go when faced with a tricky situation, at work or amongst friends. My Balance book. I have the physical book too 😉

I'm really impressive how practical this book is. It's the kind of book that we carry with us everywhere, because there are so many important messages that we should keep in mind every day to help in our daily lives.

A GREAT PLACE TO START:
I read many books on self-help, personal development, growth, limiting beliefs and Balance Is amongst the best books I’ve read.
It is such an easy read and so relatable for almost anybody to go through easily and try out the exercises. (Take the exercise book too!)
brought me so much clarity on who I am, why I behave the way I do, and that there is nothing wrong with me. It also allows me to understand how to handle difficult situations and grow into the person I want to become.
After completing the book I read it once again a few months later and new information kept coming out.
