I am here to listen, observe and support you as necessary while we
address any aspect of your life in need of clarity or change. The communication is open and honest, the environment trustworthy. After the initial information gathering session our work is focused on creating clarity, adding life skills/tools and establish an action plan you can start to implement instantly.
Sessions can be booked one by one, or if ongoing support and more accountability sounds like a good idea the package deal is an option.
CHF 220 per Hour
The Core Values process is 2 one hour sessions.
In between the sessions you will have homework to complete.
The focus for your core values process can be for your overall life, life at work or if you are in a new leadership role - your leadership values - a great way to find your authentic leadership style.
CORPORATE COACHING CLIENTS
Managers, leaders and newly appointed managers frequently do not have the time to focus on their own personal development. Together we work on enhancing your soft skills - Emotional Intelligence. You become the stronger better version of yourself.
The main objective is to focus on any area within your responsibilities that you feel needs smoothing out. This could be within the overall job responsibilities or a specific personal obstacle.
For senior executives a one hour session with a neutral outsider can do wonders. Having the time to talk freely and openly, to think out loud, often allows new solutions to surface. You are supported and gain clarity.

- How many sessions?
It is hard to put a time frame to it. It all depends on how difficult or multi-layered the issue is you bring to the coaching. Once I take you on as a client my average is 3-6 sessions.. Taking the past 12 years as a reference point I would say my clients work with me for ca 6 months (some 1x per month, others start with 2 in quick succession then monthly - it varies), then might come back after 6-12 months for another issue, or step in their personal development.
- How do we start with the coaching?
We start with an info gathering session. This time is spent determining if my coaching style is right for you. What I am looking for is your motivation & willingness to step out of your comfort zone, explore the unknown, creates strategies for moving forward, your openness to change, your dedication to making changes in your behaviour and self sabotage routines etc.
- What happens afterwards?
Follow up and/or support..if required, desired or necessary. I tend to check in with my clients to see how you are doing but this is not always necessary. It all depends on the person, the issue, your life, your emotional state, your work load, travel schedule etc.
- Where are the sessions held?
Sessions can be held in either my office or your office.
