Such wise and true words. At times you can feel the fear that is blocking you, other times it is hard to identify which fear ,or what part of a fear, is standing in your way.
Identifying and then acknowledging the particular fear followed by finding ways to slowly change the behaviour generated by this fear is the way forward. This will help you get to the 'other side'.
(I am reminded of when my children were teenagers and many items of clothing worn were by a company called "No Fear". They had the best 'no fear' slogans on their t-shirts at that time. One of them that sticks in my mind was on the back of a baseball cap it read: "This is the view from second place"..)
